A Visit
Since we're headed back to CA in 4 short weeks, we decided to make a quick jaunt over to Mississippi to visit my grandparents. Obviously, it's going to be hard to see them very much once we're in CA. We spent the night at my Aunt's house and had a quick visit with my grandparents on Saturday evening and then had lunch with them on Sunday afternoon. We brought Bailey along and were hoping to arrive and then leave without incident. But, as I'm sure you can guess, those times are few and far between. My Aunt let the 5 of us (+1 dog) have her master bedroom and sometime during the night, Bailey laid on their long designer curtains and pulled them straight out of the wall and down onto herself. ~sigh~
The kids weren't too bad, just bored. We were planning on allowing them to get their wiggles out by swimming, but a cold front came in Saturday night and ruled that out.

Girl, we need to live closer together :). Seeing your family pics always remind me of our own, I can almost see it playing out in my head :P Love seeing your family and excited to hear about your move. I have much to tell you, too, so I'll try to call this weekend. Hugs to you all!
