I am amazed at how much talking Carter has been doing lately. Well, let's say communicating. He's talking/signing 70/30.
He remembers everything and tells the story over and over again.
The huz squished a bug on the floor with my rain boot yesterday morning and Carter is STILL talking about it.
"Dada! SQUISH! boot! ~signs bug~"
When we pick up Dada from work on occassion, Carter talks about how he colored and if Bailey barked at people on the balcony and that his hat blew off in the wind.
We've been reading a lot of The Very Hungry Caterpillar lately and he loves the part where the caterpillar goes "POP - out of the egg"!
Throughout the day he reminds me just how much he loves that part of the book. He says "And POP!" and then just says the rest of the sentence's intonation. I'll have to try and catch it on video, but trust me - It's cute.
